I have a portable basketball hoop that keeps tipping over. Have tried water in base, and also added 50kg weight plates on base still tips over in the wind. Looking for someone to anchor it to the existing concrete. Have some ratchet straps and concrete anchor bolts which i purchased from bunnings if it that would work - otherwise open to suggestions.
