We have a small slab of concrete in our backyard and a set of concrete steps that were recently broken up by another contractor, however they found some asbestos (approx 2-4sqm) and we will need a licensed professional to come and remove all of the affected concrete, soil and asbestos. There is approx 3T of concrete to remove. Ideally, as part of this work we'd like testing of the soil throughout the yard to be completed to see if there are other affected areas (I understand cost may be revised should the whole yard need to be scraped). At this stage it seems to be contained to the two small concreted areas and appears to be non-friable. There is side access to the backyard from the street. The width through the side gate is 83cm and then the path widens to 1m. Can send photos of access as well.
