Would like to convert my living room into 2 separate rooms. If budget allows. Would like to convert verandah into a living room. Living room measurements is 4.8WX4.6D meters. Which the split is 2.4meters with doors. There are power points in each room. Required to install lights on the ceiling for each room as the configuration of ceiling lights after the split is not proportional. Another thing is the fixed cupboard along the wall where the window is needs to be removed. Windows now will be shared, hence require 2 separate blinds going side ways. Verandah pictures invluded. Existing structure (90 mm from boundary and mostly 2.4 m high from floor to ceiling, also a new space for car-spot available next to the dwelling).
