Are you a retired structural engineer, builder, carpenter or someone who just loves to build and fix things? I have a garage that I need to convert so I can live in it while I build my house (just no idea when that is happening). So, I am really looking for someone who can assist me with bringing it together...such as working with a plumber and electrician (TBD), add ceiling wall & installation, frame out bathroom, insert a stacker and side door etc etc...I've been talking with town planners, certifiers, conveyancers and structural engineers but as it's a small gig and it's a busy time, no-one is super interested in helping me push this forward any time soon.
