Add a new tap for a washing machine

Hello, I need some help connecting my washing machine in the laundry by a licensed plumber. At the moment, there doesn’t seem to be a proper inlet tap for the washing machine, so I think we might need to install a splitter (maybe a 3-way or dual outlet tap?) off the existing water line. Ideally, this shouldn’t affect the hot water line, even though the hot water system is currently not working. I haven’t purchased any parts yet — could you please let me know in advance what fittings or connectors I should get from Bunnings Warehouse? Thanks a lot!

The "child lock" safety symbol keeps beeping when i try to select a program, tried reset, cleaned the seal gently, emptied the excess water at the bottom. I took a look inside, and the board, no obvious damage.
