Clothes remain too wet even after full cycle in my LG top load washing machine. - Due date: Flexible

Short version: please check the washing machine setup and screw properly the pipe of the washing machine and wait a 15 minute test to make sure it's not leaking. Long version: We've just moved. The washing machine was setup and tested but started to leak just after. It's "just" not screwed properly. We've tried to fix it but made it worse. I did it in my previous apartment but it's way harder to reach here and we didn't manage to do it properly. Water leaks as soon as we open the "gate" (top of the picture). - Due date: Before Tuesday, 2nd Nov 2021

Brand new washing machine installed in new property. The drainage pipe from the washing machine to the sink is a flexible one and quite long which I don’t think is properly draining the water out as there was a small puddle of water leaked from the back of the washing machine for a few days the last time I used it.
