Dishwasher looks plugged up with water

Need an experienced handyman, flooring installer or kitchen/cabinetry person to remove a dishwasher that has become trapped behind laminate flooring. The dishwasher that is trapped is a Bosch SMS50E32AU. The dishwasher was installed on the original floor. Laminate flooring was subsequently laid outside the dishwasher cavity, raising the floor level in front of the machine. There is now insufficient clearance to slide the dishwasher over the raised floor and out from under the benchtop. A dishwasher repair technician has already attempted removal without success. I would like the dishwasher removed with minimum damage to the surrounding kitchen and the affected laminate flooring properly reinstated afterwards. Happy for you to propose the best method rather than assuming the flooring necessarily has to be removed if there is a better solution. Please mention in your offer whether you have experience with floating/laminate flooring and whether you can reinstate the flooring neatly after removal.
