I am starting a business and have data stored in countless spreadsheets. I need someone to streamline all relevant data.

I have a couple of Massage clinics with computers that are linked via Microsoft account but there are no standardised procedures for the storage of information. Additionally, my own personal information is visible on all of the computers. I need to restrict some info to my own laptop but make sure that I have access to the information on the other 2 computers. I would like a standardised procedure but don't know where to begin and dont want to risk losing information.

I have a room full of shelves and boxes of clothing blanks- Hoodies, Crewnecks, Tank tops and T-shirts of varying sizes. I need someone to go through every single piece and count them, before sorting them into boxes. For example: Pink Hoodies: count how many size S there are and place them into a box labelled 'Pink Hoodie Size S'. And repeat that for all the sizes. Some of the clothes may have cat hair on them, so there is also an added task to help lint roll those clothes before putting them away into boxes. Goal: Organised stock into categories (Black hoodie Size XL, Black Hoodie Size L, Etc), ensuring they are lint rolled and creating an inventory list so I know much of each product I have.
