Hi There… I am looking for someone to fill the gaps in my abilities with regard to excel. I am a moderately capable excel user so ideally any person offering to help is advanced. I have a very basic (128 line items) budget broken down by WBS. I would like to take this budget and create a forecast to spend, a spend tracking and a budget change register. All in excel. In summary the work will include the following; 1. Meet and discuss the work in person. It would just be a lot easier for us to do this. So ideally a good understanding of English would be appreciated. Just so we can talk through the project and spreadsheet requirements. 2. Take my budget and develop a ‘forecast’ sheet. I need a relatively simple way to forecast spending per line item. 3. Build a budget tracking sheet (likely to be same sheet) so I can add actual into the sheet. 4. Build a change notice with integrated change register. By this I mean, if we are going to alter the budget, we should raise a change notice and have it approved. The resulting change should be reflected in the ultimate budget. 5. Track and have charts/reports that report on the following; Baseline Budget, Revised Budget (post approved changes) and spend to date. 6. I would like a dash board – likely integrating the above reports but in addition a simple “Original Budget” and “Revised Budget”. With colour smarts based on green for on track, red for over. 7. Ideally have a Invoice register, I would suggest this is a basic register where links to scanned/pdf invoices can be inked. But smarts integrating into spending would be good. 8. I will want to track individual WBS items as well as ‘Parent’ WBS Areas. That’s about it. Ideally the work should be done in the next 2-3 days…. Its something that would take me about 8 hours but I think someone that is better at excel should knock it over in 3-4. It would be great that whomever does the work understands about projects and project management. That way you may think of something else that could be beneficial. I am located in Brunswick so happy to meet somewhere central to go through work/scope. Thanks….

I'm currently interviewing for a highly experienced marketer to assist me with a product launch. Ideally, you will be Melbourne-based for the chance to co-work. The product is for UX designers involving both tangible/physical products and a course that's being set up, we have other products further down the pipeline but your role is end-to-end with email marketing support, through to social media management, PPC, JVs etc. This will be an hourly rate (or set price if you prefer), along with bonuses for achieving mutually agreed milestones/targets. Looking at 15 - 25 hours per week. Must have a solid track record in digital marketing. This is not a job for someone that has a 'team' or SEO company as the task requires more iterative tactics and metrics.

Build responsive html/css templates

I am looking for an experienced, Melbourne-based web developer to update my existing html / css templates in the next week based on complete updated designs that will be provided to you in illustrator/PDF format. Knowledge of the Jinja2 templating system would be an advantage, as data is pushed into the existing templates using a Flask/Jinja2 backend, however the key code for displaying the data is available in the existing templates. The content displayed is a mix of text/images in blog post / page format, and data tables. All content and images for each page will be provided, along with a visual style guide in PDF format, for 4 pages. The existing templates utilise the bootstrap framework and we’d prefer that the new templates also use bootstrap for ease of updating. It is important that the new templates are fully responsive and function on mobile, tablet and web, and that you are willing to communicate with the designer if changes need to be made to design for responsiveness. The data tables present the most significant challenge, and may require a couple of revisions to suitably fit mobile devices. We would require the initial version of these new templates by Tuesday 2 August, and the final version by Friday 5 August so the selected candidate should be prepared to spend approximately 25 hours on the task over the next week. The existing website can be supplied on request for reference. Key Skills required: - HTML5 - CSS - Bootstrap - Jinja2 This is an extremely time sensitive task, and if you can complete it within time and to an exceptional standard, there will be a part 2 to this task in the very near future. This task only requires you to do 4 pages. Please only make an offer if you confidently fulfill the above requirements and these additional must-have qualities: - You must be based in Melbourne and able to meet up in the next few days to discuss the project. - You must be a do-er, who takes initiative and has a particular attention to detail. - You must agree to communicate regularly on your progress and ask questions/let us know if there is something you’re struggling with or unsure of so we can fix the problem and continue working towards the deadline. Need you to read approximately 54 already typed/electronically entered ‘Whos Who’ style biographic entries per year of former students between 1975 to 1989 of a particular school, x 14 years, with each entry approx. 50 words, while comparing those with the hard copy original pages which I will need to bring to you in person and for you to make electronic adjustments (using Track Changes) which ensure that the detail in the electronic Word document files fully accurately matches the detail in the hard copies. Somewhat tedious but essential work for a research project, probably involving between 20 and 30 hours work. Prefer Melbourne CBD or inner northern suburbs for drop-off and collection of the hard copy originals
