Transfer of paper invoices and expenses to digital P&L statements etc for last few tax years.

P&C run a school canteen and need a bookkeeper that has experience in XERO to enter sales info, organize payments to be authorised by executive committee, bank reconciliations etc. Payroll fortnightly with PAYG and Super quarterly. No BAS required as we are exempt. Some weeks you may only need to do 1-2 hours and others 4. I have set aside 12 hours per month but of course we would appreciate some with integrity to advise us if hours are too much. Produce a monthly profit and loss report, reconcile balance sheet (ie bank statements) which P&C school treasurer will present and discuss at monthly meetings Would like to find someone that lives close to school in the inner west as you may need to come in and pick up weekly sales sheets for data entry and get to know our canteen. Ideally suited to someone needing to work school hours/terms
