Hello, I am seeking assistance with XERO and Account Right. My long-time bookkeeper recently retired, and I am in need of ongoing support for my bookkeeping needs. Regarding XERO, I manage real estate and have set up a bank feed. I require help with reconciling bank accounts with rents and expenses, ensuring that they are allocated to the correct accounts, and handling different entities for several properties. With regards to Account Right, I run my own business and handle payroll myself. However, I require assistance with inputting receipts and expenses into the correct accounts, preparing them for BAS, and reconciling accounts. Looking for a Xero Bookeeper to assist with my small business, under 1 year in operation. I have Xero Chart of Accounts set up already and preparing Invoices etc but need someone to: 1. Visit my home office for 2-3 hours to amend some chart of accounts, add invoices, fix any errors I have made along the way. 2. Give some business structure advice incl gst, BAS statements etc. 3. I changed accountants in 2020 FY because my long term accountant didn’t know how to process a lump sum back payment that I received. I engaged another accountant and he is of the belief that I am better off submitting the lump sum payment in this FY as opposed to revising tax returns (2017, 2018, and 2019). I’ve done a preliminary calculation and I’m not 100 percent sure he is correct but would like another tax accountant to review the return. He has given me the tax return to sign based on putting the income into this year. Before I sign it I would like to engage someone to re check his work and advise if it is correct and tax beneficial. I also need a component tax accountant ongoing to help me and my family with our annual tax needs I am an individual with a husband, and a rental property.
