Hey, Our balcony sliding screen door is currently stuck and we’re hoping to get some help with it. As shown in the photos, the left-hand screen door was initially stuck. We tried gently pushing it to see if it would free up, but it ended up getting stuck past the midpoint. It now seems like something in the top track is preventing it from moving back. I’ve spoken with the manufacturer, who doesn’t believe this model has a middle interlock or flush bolts at the top. He suggested there may be a screw that can be adjusted to release it or change the height in the track. Because the left door is stuck in this position, it has trapped the right-hand sliding door all the way to the edge. The photos show the gap between the two doors, which means we can’t easily access the middle screws at the top. I’ve also included photos of the lock and the top track. We’ve tried lifting the door up to remove it from the bottom track, but it won’t budge, likely due to whatever is holding it in place at the top. At this stage, we’re hoping to either: • free the left door so it can slide back to its original side (the right door itself is fine, just trapped), or • remove the door completely and reinstall it correctly.
