Fix corner of ceiling that has mould appearing. Corner finish so need to be neatly fixed if gyprock is cut. Two bathroom door locks need to be mounted on the door. I use a Gainsborough lock from Bunnings but that needed replacement twice. If a different lock is advised then please supply.

Tasks include: Install 4 locks (all locks supplied) Tidy up and improve the finish of existing kitchen cabinet shelving (minor repairs/adjustments as needed) Sand, prep and paint shelving/cabinet areas for a cleaner finish (paint supplied) Assess, prepare and repaint the roller door, which appears to have peeling/flaking paint and may require stripping back before repainting All materials are on site, including locks, timber, paint and pressure washer.
