Insurance requires this window to be reinstalled due to a faulty installation years ago. The window is in a brick house which has been rendered on the outside. Also happy to consider taking it out completely and building a wall to replace it if better option.

I have steel windows/doors right around my property and I've noticed some rust coming through where the paint must have peeled off and exposed the raw metal. The pictures show the worst examples of the extent of the rust. They're only a couple of years old so they're largely fine.
