The nail needs to be removed or made safe and the frame checked for any other hazards. Minor gap filling and touch-up paint would be great if you can do it. Ceiling light cover: The cover has heavy dirt and staining inside. Please remove it, clean it thoroughly, and refit it. This is a cleaning job only, with no electrical work. Photos are attached for each item. Please bring your own tools and materials. The property is tenanted, so access will be arranged with the agency.

Fix corner of ceiling that has mould appearing. Corner finish so need to be neatly fixed if gyprock is cut. Two bathroom door locks need to be mounted on the door. I use a Gainsborough lock from Bunnings but that needed replacement twice. If a different lock is advised then please supply.
