Hi, I need the garage door anchor lock removed and reinstalled on the inside. The existing screws are stripped, and the new mounting area has a level difference, so it may need some adjustment or possibly a new lock/anchor. Happy for the person to supply a suitable replacement if needed. Thanks!

Fix sliding door lock and stopper. Fix study door. Fix/replace toilet handles.

Fix corner of ceiling that has mould appearing. Corner finish so need to be neatly fixed if gyprock is cut. Two bathroom door locks need to be mounted on the door. I use a Gainsborough lock from Bunnings but that needed replacement twice. If a different lock is advised then please supply.
