Have an internal sliding door has come off runner

I have old windows needs fix like paint sand or may need replace and one door broken

I have a 2 in 1 door pretty heavy so i tried installing it myself but its a hit off alignment Need to remove, readjust door jamb move it by 1 cm to centre it more in the opening and reinstall door, hinges ok door already put one (3) heavy ball bearing hinges

Fix corner of ceiling that has mould appearing. Corner finish so need to be neatly fixed if gyprock is cut. Two bathroom door locks need to be mounted on the door. I use a Gainsborough lock from Bunnings but that needed replacement twice. If a different lock is advised then please supply.

My garage door isn’t closing properly and seems to stop before fully shutting. The bottom rubber weather seal is damaged/worn and likely needs replacing.
