Bathroom Window Lock The bathroom window currently has no functioning lock/latch. Assess what hardware is missing or required. Supply and install a suitable replacement lock/latch so the window can be securely closed and locked. Please include all labour and clearly advise of any anticipated material costs in your offer. We require someone experienced in general property maintenance and repairs who can provide a professional, long-term solution rather than a temporary fix. Please also provide before and after photos and advise us if you identify any additional issues while onsite before completing work outside the agreed scope.
