I have four small wall dents and patched areas that need to be repaired properly and potentially repainted so they blend in with the existing wall. I previously attempted to patch them myself but the finish isn’t smooth and needs a professional touch. The task would involve sanding, filling where required, smoothing the surface and repainting so the repairs are not visible. Areas needing work include: • A few small dented / patched spots on a painted wall • A patched section on an internal door that needs smoothing and repainting • Minor surface imperfections from previous filler Ideally looking for someone experienced with plaster patching and paint finishing so the repairs look seamless.

I’ve got an internal door that’s not sitting/closing properly and likely needs hinge adjustment or minor frame/door realignment. Issues observed: Door appears slightly misaligned at the hinge side Possible hinge wear or incorrect seating (see photos) Door doesn’t close smoothly / may be rubbing One hinge screw hole may be stripped or not holding properly Note: I also have a spare door available that can be trimmed and installed if needed instead of repairing the existing one.

My roller door won’t slide smoothly, it gets jammed at certain parts. Unsure of cause, could be carpet or the wheels perhaps.
