Side door to garage needs replacing as current one is falling apart and has come off hinges. We have a new wooden door that needs hanging and some height taken off as is slightly too big for the doorframe. Would involved taking off old door, shaving new door to correct height, hanging new door, ensuring all handles work and door can open/close easily.

We have a Baumatic oven (model BA 1872SS). Door doesnt close fully meaning there is a gap if you want to do baking. I believe the hinges need replacing so that the door is held properly closed. Happy to negotiate price. I think hinges are about $120 each. Would need someone to source hinges.

to complete the fitting of a security door, its not quite fitting properly, unfortunately i had to go back to Devonport and left my mum without the security door finished. I know these are probably not quite the jobs tradespersons like to take on but if someone could do this there is other things she needs doing as well.
