This is a large sliding door to warehouse area in Myaree. Over time dust and debris has built up in the floor track and also the overhead rollers (approx 4.2m tall) have likely become difficult to operate and in need of oiling / lubrication. It has just recently got to the point where it is very hard to open without some brute strength. Needing someone to attend and give it a once over and improve it's condition atleast to allow it to be opened and closed by one person, even if still with a bit of force required. Needing completed by end of Monday, though welcome to access earlier, we have a lockbox on site. Photos attached thanks

My garage door spring is broken it needs to be fix.

The garage door came done ontop on the car and it has popped off it rollers...you can still here the motor working when you press the button and the gear or drive chain thing still moves door just wont go up it should be simple fix I dont think anything broken just might need put back on runner on something

The door was being operated to open but then slammed shut. Now whilst the motor is whirring away there is no movement of the chain and hence no movement of the door up or down. I can manually lift the door - so not ultra urgent

I’ve got a garage door I need fitting. It is a manual roller door. Will probably need two steel posts each side to put the tracks on and would need help to lift it up to hang of the hinges. Looking someone with DIY experience to complete. I am happy to help.

The hand chain on my manual roller door has jumped off or become jammed around the hoist wheel, and the door is stuck about an inch off the ground and won’t move in either direction. I can’t safely reach or work on the mechanism myself because I’m currently dealing with a bad ankle. Should only be a 10 - 15 minute job.

Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring. Just need someone who has drill that can go into metal and has access to metal beam like in pictures. Price may vary depending on cost for metal beam used. Hoping to fix clothes line ( separate task) at same time if possible.
