My garage door has sheared at the top panel which has resulted in the motor being unable to lift and close the door. I’ve been told a boilermaker could weld this to fix it until a new door can arrive. If you’re able to help me with this, please let me know.

Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring. Just need someone who has drill that can go into metal and has access to metal beam like in pictures. Price may vary depending on cost for metal beam used. Hoping to fix clothes line ( separate task) at same time if possible.

Edit: If no one takes the task by this Sunday 29/03 I will do it myself. In need of garage trades person who can fix the garage doors correctly and get the dings out aswell. The scope of work is: Fix side rails and repair the metal as it may need straightening out. The side rails will need fixing back onto the brick wall, there are pre existing holes however, they may need redrilling or cleaning out and either chemset or plug and screw, depending on assesment. Straighten the small dings out from inner side of garage door. Replace the bottom rail on both garage doors, photos demonstrate the type of rail for guide as after assesment you may need to get a particular type, not sure however one that is the same colour would be ideal as you may need to pop rivet them in, so I assume aluminimun not sure. Repositioning the guiderail inside the garage door to work correctly with the key mechanism. If savvy enough to get the motor working would be ideal aswell, however there is no clicker but I can provide one to reprogramme. I would like a diligent, thorough and professional person of appearance and communication as this is at a property that has sensitive people, no disrespect. Kind regards, Jayde.
