Garage is dent. I want to see if someone could fix it

I brought two remotes and managed to program one of them. I couldnt get the second one to program and now my original remote doesnt work. I am needing someone to come and program the remotes so that I have 3 working.

Fitment of manual roller garage door. I have all the required parts. Size W 2.64 H 2.25

Just need the cable fixed on my garage door has come loose and unravelled. Door is stuck 3/4 the way down. Seems easy fix if you know what your doing

My garage door has sheared at the top panel which has resulted in the motor being unable to lift and close the door. I’ve been told a boilermaker could weld this to fix it until a new door can arrive. If you’re able to help me with this, please let me know.

Garage door is sagging as goes up and down. Metal beam placed a year ago but needs another one as sagging still. I think 5 m across. Thicker better to stop recurring. Just need someone who has drill that can go into metal and has access to metal beam like in pictures. Price may vary depending on cost for metal beam used. Hoping to fix clothes line ( separate task) at same time if possible.

Sand back / take off flaking stain, then restain to a good standard. Garage door. Only front needs doing.
