I have already purchased the motor and just require someone experienced to complete the installation and ensure it is set up and operating correctly. I’m flexible with timing and am happy for the work to be completed during the week, on a weekend, or after hours if that is more convenient. Small dent on the garage needs fixing

Garage door jerks as it rolls up or down. Its also ver slow going up or down and makes a lot of noise as it runs through the rails

Need someone to have a look at a roller door that hard to open or close. It gets jammed up at the top when closing using the remote opener. Note that the previous installation did not put a weight bar to assist but could also be the rails may have moved. Update: From the inside, it looks like the right side is getting stuck and slightly derailing.

Then area under the garage doors need to be levelled with self leveling concrete (only a small layer) to make it look clean. There might be some minor grinding required in case clearance from bottom is required. Also gaps around garage doors will need to be sealed properly using rubber strip and between door and floor.
