The base of the garage door has needs to be screwed. I think I will need 3-4 screws to hold it into the door.

I need a narrow top section of my metal lift up garage door to be cut away as it has dropped in one side and it is not able to be opened.(it is hitting a piece of metal) Also, I want a metal frame to be cut up into manageable scrap pieces.
