Merlin tilt master garage door was working perfectly. Now will only open 1cm then stuck. If pull the release lever, it can manually open and then will slowly automated close but won’t reopen again.

Well, I was moving out of my house, I set my garage door to manual so I could open it and close it faster, since trying to put the setting back onto the motor, it does not seem to engage and now the motor is not responding to either the remote or to the manual button on the motor unit itself. It would be great to be able to fix it before the end of my lease which is on 16 April however even if it is fixed, it is going to have to do as it needs to be fixed.
