Need done anytime in next week or so... standard style roller door, opens with remote or wall button. Last few weeks has struggled to open, but will still open after a few goes or if you give it a push.while its opening. Seems to still close ok. BUT, when closed doesnt close all the way now?? Leaves about a 20 cm.gap at the bottom. Im a disability pensioner, so im looking for a decent job at a reasonable price. motor seems to be working. but the chain is not moving. i can manually close and open the door.
