Screen Roller Door is not running smoothly on its tracks, WD40 doesn’t work. Rollers have been replaced but it is not sliding smoothly in its groove.

Rubber cap has come of the door and the door is now catching on the track system at the top of the door. Track system may need to be replaced but the door is fine. I have a sliding door in the bathroom and the cap to the metal insert has been lost so whenever you try and close the door the rod connected to the door catches on the screw inside the railing. The door is fine we just need to find a way to stop the door from catching on the railing which the rubber cap used to do. Photos attached - Due date: Before Thursday, 24 November 2022
