I need one handyman for five small jobs. Parts can be supplied, or you can buy them and add the cost. 1. Grey entry door. Hinges are rusted and the door is not hanging properly. Needs three new 100 mm fixed-pin hinges, rust cleaned, and the door rehung so it latches. Photo attached. 2. White security screen door. Hinges are fine. On the lock side the latch and top and bottom shoot bolts are sticking out because screws have fallen out. Screw them back on and oil the rusty parts. Photos attached. 3. Red tilt garage door. The lever/handle does not open the door. It needs to be fixed so the handle releases the door and it can be opened. Do not touch the side springs. Photo attached. 4. A sheet of ply has peeled off an internal wall. Glue and screw it back flat. It does not need replacing. Photo attached. 5. A piece of the timber floor is missing beside a wall, and the vinyl on top of it is gone too. The floor next to it does not move. Please fit a piece of wood into the gap, then stick a close-match piece of vinyl over it. I do not have the missing piece. Photo attached. Please quote a fixed price for the lot, including or excluding parts. I want it done in one visit.

Our back door metal door frame has rusted out can be replaced with a wooden door frame we also are wanting a new screen to door to be installed.
