During heavy rain, water leaks from both bottom corners of the bathroom window. The leak appears to be coming from around the window frame — possibly due to damaged sealing, flashing, or blocked drainage but I am not too sure. I’m looking for someone experienced in window sealing and waterproofing who can: Inspect the bathroom window to identify the source of the leak Check both inside and outside the window (it is on the first floor, so you may need to bring your own ladder for external access) Reseal, repair, or replace any necessary parts to prevent future water ingress Check and clear weep holes on approximately 4 to 5 other windows to ensure proper drainage Provide advice if further structural or waterproofing work is needed.

I like to have door in exiting wooden fence

We need our front door and garage door replaced. We will need someone who has experience in this and the tools, the doors will need to be cut to size and I’m not sure about how the current frame works with the next door but if that needs to be replaced ect we will need someone who knows how to do that, will also need the door handle hole to be cut and any advice on what door will work better, 100% solidcore doors, as well as hinges and anything else we will need. Obviously we will purchase everything and the price is just labour costs. Front door is 2040 x 813 x 40, so needs the width cut Garage door is 2035 x 767 x 35, so needs the width and height cut. But if someone could measure before obviously cutting ect that would be great. The current doors are REALLY old. Please only message if you’re experienced in this and have done it before thank you.

Unfortunately, our garage door started not opening fully and we hit it with our car whilst reversing into the garage. Since then, the problem has worsened so it needs replacing. I cannot set a sensible budget as I've never had to do any work like this before. The current door has 4 sections and is 4.9m wide approx.

I want to reinstall the existing door to my storeroom on the other side of the frame. Not a complex job but I don’t have the tools to do it right.

Garage door need a service. Makes loud noises when opening and closing

1 kitchen draw needs front of draw fixed. New screws to put onto face of draw and one sliding arm will not come out. 2nd item is Kitchen cabinet door needs to be rescrewed. It fell out of the chipboard. I have filled it with what bunnings recommended a few days ago so now it is dry and ready to re-drill. Photos of all items attached.

A section of my bathroom door frame has started to rot due to water splashing on it overtime. Looking for someone who can fix or better yet replace the whole section (and reinstall the strikeplate hole) I am happy to purchase the parts and repaint it myself. Adding more photos for full context

The plastic bracket (that worked as a pivot type hinge) broke (my dog forced the door to hyperextend the wrong way). So the glass is all still in tact and same with the bottom hinge but the top hinge needs to be glued back into place (see pics).
