The new door weighs around 42 kg, so he may need to bring a helper for safe handling. The old door was previously trimmed because the frame has slightly expanded or contracted over time, so the hinges may need a small adjustment for a proper fit. New deadbolt will be provided — the current electronic handle is a straightforward device

1 kitchen draw needs front of draw fixed. New screws to put onto face of draw and one sliding arm will not come out. 2nd item is Kitchen cabinet door needs to be rescrewed. It fell out of the chipboard. I have filled it with what bunnings recommended a few days ago so now it is dry and ready to re-drill. Photos of all items attached.

A section of my bathroom door frame has started to rot due to water splashing on it overtime. Looking for someone who can fix or better yet replace the whole section (and reinstall the strikeplate hole) I am happy to purchase the parts and repaint it myself. Adding more photos for full context

The plastic bracket (that worked as a pivot type hinge) broke (my dog forced the door to hyperextend the wrong way). So the glass is all still in tact and same with the bottom hinge but the top hinge needs to be glued back into place (see pics).
