Need a puncture repair kit for a tyre

Here’s a version that will likely get better responses on Airtasker because it’s clear about the job and invites quotes: We have 4 old tyres still mounted on rims (3 steel, 1 alloy) that need to be collected and disposed of. We tried removing the tyres from the rims ourselves so we could take them to the tip, but damaged some of the tyres and still couldn’t get them off. Looking for someone who can collect them from our home in Tanah Merah and dispose of them legally. We’d like them gone ASAP. Please quote your price. Photos attached.

Changing a tyre with a spare wheel. My spare wheel is there but need someone to change it

Looking for a quote for the replacement of the console / arm rest and also the steering wheel. It is an older 2003 BMW which is starting to show its age and the cream leather has started to crack and break this summer on the console especially. The top part of the steering wheel is also starting to go, although I am aware this may be more expensive and a steering wheel cover might be a better option.
