Find affordable local wallpaper removers in SA

Need wallpaper removed from one bedroom (its on 3 of the walls) in my new house. Have tried using a steamer and it is very time consuming to take off - need someone that is more persistent with me or someone with their own tricks (can be chemical removal or steaming, I dont mind) - Due date: Flexible

Three bedrooms, one lounge and hallway to be painted. Two coats on the walls, one coat on the ceiling. Woodwork is not required. The bedrooms have vinyl wallpaper, which needs to be removed. Walls are brick except for one. Lots of picture hooks to be removed and filled. Some cracks along the cornicing to be filled. Generally the surfaces are in good condition. The carpet is staying and needs to be protected. The house is empty and ready for work to start. Photos show all but one small bedroom. Immediate start preferred. Please provide an estimate of paint required and we will buy it. Update: "budget" updated to allow more competitive offers. Please offer at a price that allows you to deliver a quality result.
