Preparation to include: light sanding of walls and picture rail / skirting boards; filling / patching / repair of any cracks (if necessary), removal of wallpaper and glue etc from 1 wall and any required cleaning / preparation for painting following removal. Painting to include 2x coats of paint. Single colour on walls (matte / low sheen) + different colour on trim (architraves, sills, picture rail, skirting, door) in satin / semi-gloss.
