Hello My shower head was leaky - there was a fine stream of water leaking out. I disassembled it, bought a Kinetic Universal Shower Washer kit and put it back together, but now it is even worse and I can't work out what I've done wrong. See picture attached. I still have the kit, but perhaps teflon tape is also needed. I also have a mirror (model: Ikea PS 2014) that I would like to have installed; it comes with brackets that need to be drilled into the wall. I'd also like to have one additional hook drilled into the wall too. Thank you, Catherine

I have a 2400 x 1500 very heavy mirror. It needs to move across the room and. Turned vertically to sit on the floor. It needs to have sort of secure hook at top to ensure it doesn't fall over. Will take at least two men to move this safely. This is the biggest part of job... other mirrors and small pictures to be moved and relocated also. No more than 2 hours work total. Experienced persons only with right equipment and experience.
