I need a photographer and videographer to attend a 10th year memorial at 2pm

I need someone to take video footage at my book launch event. I will also be launching a clothing line, having a little fashion show and performing a dance I would like the event captured - guests talking to each other, my speech, people trying on clothes and using the photo book, footage of the (very small and basic) fashion show, plus my dance performance. It could be well done on the latest iphone or using a professional camera. I want good-quality footage I can use for marketing materials and to capture the event, but it doesn't need to be too fancy or show-stopping. I'd like my full speech filmed, and full dance performance, but otherwise, just short 10-30 second clips are perfect. No need to edit them into anything, I will edit the clips into reels etc. Some vertical and some horizontal. this can be discussed. If you apply for this job, please include what camera equipment you will use, your experience and any examples of video footage. It's also a very appropriate task if you want to get started in video since I don't need anything super professional. The event is 3pm-7pm. I probably only need video 3pm - 6pm.

The video will promote Australia’s first fully staffed accessible beach and encourage volunteers to get involved. We’ve already got plenty of overlay footage, so this will be a quick shoot (around 30 minutes or less) — just a couple of angles of a person speaking to camera.
