🪡 Machine Repair Summary: Borader 810D with YIXING Servo Motor • Problem began after a needle broke inside the machine. • Since then, the motor RPM number drifts on the display even when the pedal is untouched. • This causes sudden speed surges, leading to thread snapping at the needle. • The pedal position sensor (potentiometer) was tested — re-zeroing, disconnecting, and spring adjustments didn’t resolve the issue. • Disconnecting the sensor triggers ER-4 on the YIXING servo controller, so the machine requires it. • Pedal movement is stiff if the spring is removed, so full bypass is not an option.

my JUKI HZL-27Z home sewing machine, which has encountered an issue with the reverse lever.
