The zipper pulls came off both of the pulls on my carry-on hard sided luggage. The zipper is intact. I have one of the pulls but not the other. One of the bases for the pull is intact. The other base is broken. If the broken base cannot be replaced, I think the other is still usable alone if the pull itself can be reattached.
