We have fascia on our house that needs to be replaced. Its the wood that frames some of our windows as well as some that frame our roof. In some cases the wood is rotten and needs to be completely replaced. Long term we would pefer if this was not replaced with wood that needs to be maintained. We would want something low maintenance and long lasting. Pictures included are some of the areas that need to be replaced on the roof. Need roof finished. Had an overlay on 1 layer. The top is 85% completed as far as overlay. Overlay can’t be completed until a dip is fixed. (Jacked up and sistered in) then do overlay over last area. No inside leakage. After The top overlay is finished i will need the underlayment and gutters put up. My guy had a $400 balance left that i needed to pay him. But life has hit him and it’s hard to get him to come back and finish FURTHER MORE once the roof is finished. I will need a ceiling tare out only! - Due date: Flexible BUT ASAP
