I have three doors in my apartment that need repair. Read on if you have experience with door repair! Front Door: This is a large, older double front door. 2” thick wooden door Needs replacement Mortise Latch and Deadbolt and extended lip strike plate. There are existing brass New York Plate doorknobs that must be retained. Bathroom door: 1: the latch does not fully retract when the knob is turned counter-clockwise. Works fine when turned clockwise. Need to fix it so the door can be opened by turning the knob counter-clockwise. Office door: 1. Door will not stay closed. The latch works fine. Seems to be an issue with the strike plate You must include all the materials to complete this job including the new lock, and any other latch equipment!

Two doors to the outside at my home are misaligned and need to be fixed. One almost certainly needs to be replaced the other could be adjusted, maybe? Looking for someone to either fix the locks or adjust the doors so they lock and unlock easily.
