I am an elderly person with little computer skills and I have a lot of sport memoribila that I would like to sell on e-bay.

Going away for 10 days and looking for someone to water our outdoor plants/garden. Small area in front and back of house. $20 per day would likely need watering every 2-3 days/depending on weather

I paid an organizer to assist me in this task but instead of organizing they left me with a big mess that my mother and I have sorted through some of but need additional assistance to go back through the stuff, sort through and reorganize/clean so I can actually work in the space. I would LOVE to do this myself except I’m dealing with multiple chronic medical issues (none of which can be transmitted to anyone) and I get easily tired so I’m in need of some assistance to get this task completed. Looking for a reliable and responsible cleaners to take responsibility for cleaning 60 plus short term rentals, ranging from rooms, studio, one-four bedroom units. Average guest stays 2-3 days and unit must be turned over same day for next guest. Responsibilities include: showing up at time of guest check out and making sure place is cleaned in time for next guest, checking lock boxes for keys, leaving water , snacks, and paper supplies for next guest, dropping off laundry, checking each apartment to make sure cabinets are organized, etc. Cleaning is similar to hotel cleaning: guests staying for only a few days. Requires new bedding and towels. Sometimes there are 6 units per day. Will be paid based on size of space. This is a 7 day a week job. Cleaning schedule will be given ahead of time. Prices below. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR. High Season: March-end of October full time. During season will take home between $500-1500 per week. looking for cleaners who are responsible, dependable, enjoy working as a team player, follow protocol, able to follow checklists that list expectations, willing to go to extra lengths to make sure units are presentable to incoming guests.
