-Install a bidet in each of 2 bathrooms. -Install curtain rods in LR (over double window and patio door) and 2 bedrooms. -Install 3 small shelves and hang pictures in 1 bathroom. -Install new doggie door. -Repaint the doggie door "tunnel." -Shave down a small portion of wood on one fence gate (can explain later what exactly is happening). -Install a brace in one closet. -Discuss/plan/install shelves in tiny laundry closet. -Possibly assemble a storage chest for backyard (to include leveling ground and/or placing lawn bricks under the chest). -Clearing a corner in backyard and installing a small area with artificial grass. -Re-stain fence. -Assemble several items: a large free-standing jewelry box, a cabinet for kitchen, and possibly a plant stand. -Discuss/plan shelving in garage. -Help with moving some small boxes in house and garage. ---Other tasks as needed. Anticipating this job could take several days. I'm open to someone working maybe 4-5 hours a day. The jewelry box and kitchen cabinet are large enough and complicated enough to take several hours each to complete. They can be done after other tasks are done. There could be more miscellaneous tasks as we go along. I need someone who can think "out of the box" and work with me. I need to get this house in shape since COVID halted inside work for 2.5 years. If some things will add drastically to the budget, I can do some of the smaller things. I've installed 3 doggie doors myself. I've put up curtain rods myself, and so on. As I said above, I just need to get things done. I also need help putting sliders under furniture so I can move things myself. Budget is negotiable. I realize there are some large tasks above.
