I have two chairs that legs needs to be fixed

I have the parts to replace on the rocker, swivel recliner chair

Foot rest will raise when reclined but will not stay in locked position

Need to get legs of recliner to raise up to arms like it did

Fold up chairs, mesh on back rest and some seats, mesh and piping have come away from the frame.
