Repainting deck and pergola

Looking for help sanding and repainting the deck as well as installing ceiling light fixtures

Installing light fixtures in the ceiling (currently no ceiling lights) and sanding + repainting deck.

I need help with sanding and repainting my back deck, standard sized deck (if not a bit smaller).

Pergola Installation Request I need assistance installing a pergola on my existing deck (see attached photos for reference). Help me stain exterior 2 story deck rails, no stairs. Deck floor is 216 sqft on townhouse. Will need ladder to reach. Light sanding prior to staining those exterior areas, I cant reach. I bought Cabot semi solid stain.
