It is beeping and flashing the light on and off on the control panel

I purchased a sectional from Colders. After almost a year the recliner side of sectional went out and no longer will recline. The head rest does go up and down. I had someone come out to look at it and said the buttons are crossed and a part will need to be ordered. We have waited months as the part is over in South Korea. At this point Colder's has agreed to take back this couch and swap out with something new, but we would rather keep it if someone can fix the problem for a fair price. I would assume we need a part but hoping something is here in stock in USA to fix and resolve the issue. If not will look to get a new sectional. In the pictures I circled the 2 buttons, one button allows the head part to go up and the other does not allow it to recline.
