Full Disclosure, we are half way closing on the home, with expected handover on Dec 29th, so we're flexible with date, but ideally as close to the 29th as possible. It has a 20yr old boiler and heater in the basement, and looking to replace it with something like: Noritz 11.1-GPM 199000-BTU Indoor/Outdoor Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater https://www.lowes.com/pd/Noritz-Indoor-Residential-Condensing-Natural-Gas-Combination-Boiler-with-199-900-BTU-H-Input-Modulating/5001757587 Happy to either purchase the unit and required parts, or have it all combined. It will be located in the basement, and will need a new vent to the side of the house (previously in the chimney which has been recommended not to do again). House uses radiators for heating, and has been assessed to need 150k BTU minimum. Would be ideal to have the old systems removed and disposed of, but that's not deal breaker.
