I have an espresso machine I bought from the UK, it needs to be converted from a UK plug to a US plug so it won't ruin the machine or outlet. It turns on but doesn't actually make coffee when any buttons are pressed. I think it's a cable issue, and the outlet cannot handle the machine. It's also broken from mailing it internationally back to US.
