Find an experienced apartment painter in New York City

Hello! I have a studio apartment in Brooklyn with one large room and one small room. I need a professional painter to prepare and paint the walls throughout both rooms. Please patch and spackle any cracks, holes, and uneven areas where necessary before painting. I will buy and provide all the paint and spackling materials myself. I only need to pay for labor. I would prefer a Russian-speaking painter, but someone who speaks another language is also welcome. Please let me know your total labor cost before starting the job. I would like to agree on the final price in advance. Please also let me know when you are available and share photos of your previous work. Thank you

Looking for someone to paint two apartment doors in a Harlem walk-up building: one on the 2nd floor and one on the 4th floor. The doors have some scuffs and marks, so they will need a light wipe-down/prep before painting. Paint will be provided. Job includes: Two coats of paint on each door 30-minute drying time between coats Light cleaning/wiping of doors before painting Careful, streak-free paint application Protecting the floor and surrounding area Avoiding paint on doorknobs, locks, hinges, door number/signage, and hardware You must bring your own basic supplies, including: Floor tarp/plastic covering Paint brush/roller suitable for a smooth door finish Painter’s tape Any other necessary painting supplies This should be a quick job, ideally under 2 hours for both doors. Looking to have it done sometime within the next week.
