HIRING: Leather Worker / Industrial Sewing Specialist – Ongoing Bulk Work I’m looking for an experienced leather worker, leather seamstress/seamster, cobbler, or industrial sewing professional who is comfortable repairing genuine leather. I have hundreds of brand-new, high-quality leather gloves that need minor mending. Each glove has a small cut in a different area — sometimes on the palm, finger, or another section — but the damage is generally minimal. These gloves retail for $150+ per pair, and I already have buyers for them once they are professionally repaired. This will be ongoing bulk work, provided approximately 25–30 pairs at a time. You must: • Have experience sewing/repairing leather • Have the proper sewing machine/equipment needed to work with leather gloves • Be able to make clean, strong, professional-looking repairs • Have your own workspace and work on your own schedule If special leather needles or thread are needed, I’m willing to pay for those materials. Pay will be per repaired pair/set. I’m open to discussing pricing and finding an amount that is fair for both of us. Because I have hundreds of pairs, this could turn into a substantial amount of ongoing work for the right person. Located in Orange County, CA. Please message me if interested and include a little information about your leather/sewing experience and the type of equipment you use.

I'm looking for an experienced seamstress, knitwear maker, or clothing designer to create a custom three-piece set inspired by the attached reference photos. I'm especially interested in the fitted knit top, cardigan and pants shown in the reference. I need the garments made to my measurements because standard/one-size sizing doesn't work well for me. I'm happy to have measurements taken locally or follow instructions for taking them remotely. Material quality is important to me. I don't need luxury or specialty fibers, but I would like good-quality material that is comfortable, doesn't excessively pill or shrink, and will hold its shape with proper care. I'm flexible on timing and open to discussing the best material and construction options with the maker. I'm also open to working with an experienced maker who is newer to offering custom garments professionally and is looking to build their portfolio/clientele. If I'm happy with the finished work, I'm happy to provide feedback and a review. The photos are references for the style and overall look; I'm not looking for an exact copy. Budget: $300.
