I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to help me remotely with listing and marketing a rental property on behalf of my spouse. I work full-time as a therapist, and my schedule can be very demanding, so I’m looking for someone who can take care of the online property-listing side of things while I handle the property and final decisions. ### Your responsibilities may include: - Creating and posting the rental property listing on appropriate platforms - Writing an attractive and professional property description - Uploading and organizing property photos and information - Responding to basic inquiries from potential renters - Keeping track of interested applicants and leads - Helping coordinate communication with prospective tenants - Making minor updates to listings when necessary - Providing regular updates on inquiries and interest This is a remote position, so you can complete the work from your own location. I will provide the property information, photos, rental details, and any other materials you need. ### Ideal person: - Good written communication skills - Comfortable using online property/rental platforms - Organized and responsive - Reliable and able to work independently - Previous real estate, property management, virtual assistant, or online marketing experience is a plus, but not required I’m looking for someone trustworthy who can make this process easier for me while I focus on my professional responsibilities. Please tell me about your experience with property listings, real estate, virtual assistance, or online marketing when applying.
