Hi! I run a growing short-term rental business (Airbnb) managing multiple properties in under Charan Suites a luxury brand. I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This will be ongoing work for the right person, not a once-off task. I’m specifically looking for someone who has previous experience working with Airbnb hosts or property managers — this is very important. We are looking to scale quite quickly and company/person will need to be able to scale with us. Your responsibilities will include: • Guest messaging (check-in instructions, replies to enquiries, support during stays) • Handling booking requests & screening guests • Coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams • Updating calendars & pricing • Writing and sending review messages • Assisting with listing optimisation • Reporting issues to me and helping resolve them quickly • Basic admin tasks Platforms you may work with (experience preferred): • Airbnb (required) • Hostaway or similar PMS (preferred) • Booking.com / VRBO (bonus) • WhatsApp / Slack communication • Excel Sheets (very important) What I’m looking for: • Excellent English and professional communication • Fast response times and reliability • Attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset (VERY important in hospitality) • Comfortable dealing with guests and service providers • Available daily 24/7 communication with guests (including weekends if needed) Please include in your application: 1. We have an excel sheet for our payroll calculations and need to total across the 5 days the total overtime or undertime worked. The challenge is getting negative time to be included in the days' calculation and total for the week. I've read excel help and it talks about the 'Use 1904 date system' but I cant find it. I'm sure someone out there will know.
