Job Overview: The Branch Manager oversees all operational, administrative, and staff management activities of the warehouse. This role ensures smooth daily operations, efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, safety compliance, and excellent customer service. The Branch Manager acts as the primary point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to operational policies and procedures. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and stock turnover. Staff Leadership & Development: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals. Manage staffing schedules, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety. Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock levels and proper warehouse organization. Customer & Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and clients to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment. Address customer complaints or operational issues promptly and professionally. Financial & Budget Management: Monitor branch expenses and prepare reports on budget performance. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Salary & Benefits: $ 8500 [Bonuses, health benefits, etc.]
