Description: I’m looking for someone located in Australia to make phone calls to nail salons to complete a short market research survey. This is not a sales or marketing task. You will simply introduce yourself, explain you’re conducting research, and ask 3–4 short questions about how the salon currently operates. Responses will be logged in a Google Sheet I provide. Task Requirements: 1. Call 20 nail salons (list of businesses and phone numbers will be provided). 2. Speak to the owner or manager. 3. Ask 3–4 simple survey questions (script will be provided). 4. Record: Date & time of call, Contact name + role, Responses to each question, Notes (any extra comments) Please note that you will need to have 20 successful calls toe get paid meaning that you have successfully talked to the owner/manager of the salon and were able to complete the survey. What You’ll Need: 1. Confident and professional phone manner. 2. Ability to make calls during business hours. 3. Have you own reliable internet/phone connection. Deliverables: 1. Completed Google Sheet with 20 call results. 2. Short summary of any patterns or common feedback you notice. Ideal for: Students in business/marketing looking for casual work.
