2002 Suzuki VS800 Intruder — Ignition Troubleshooting — Need Spark Bike cranks strongly but has no spark. Extensive work already completed: New OEM-spec ignition coils installed (3 ohms each — confirmed good) New CDI installed (Denso 32900-38A31 — confirmed getting 12.4V) New stator and pickup coil installed (252 ohms — confirmed good) Main harness O/W wire bypassed with permanent jump wire (confirmed 12.4V at CDI and coils) Pickup coil signal confirmed reaching CDI (Green/Blue wires connected) All fuses good Kill switch and ignition switch confirmed working Remaining issues: Battery dropping to 8V under cranking load — needs strong battery to properly test spark Two black wires (fan/radiator circuit) still unconnected Fan wiring not connected to temperature switch What the mechanic needs to do: Confirm spark with a fully charged strong battery If no spark — verify pickup coil signal strength is sufficient to trigger CDI Connect remaining loose wires All parts are new and on the bike. Previous owner wiring was non-standard — aftermarket ignition switch with British color codes.

Installed a Cold Case aluminum radiator dual 12” fan kit Installed aftermarket switch panel inside the car Fans physically installed Goal is SIMPLE manual control: Flip switch ON = fans run Flip switch OFF = fans stop I do NOT care about automatic temperature control right now What I already tested: When I wired the fans directly to the battery, BOTH fans worked When battery negative touched directly to a fan ground, that fan turned on Fans would NOT run using chassis ground alone until I directly grounded it to battery negative May have a bad chassis ground or grounding location issue I was originally using the old factory fan wiring location, but not reusing the old wires themselves The relay harness has an inline fuse before the relay I already installed the switch panel and it powers on+ignition correctly Fans currently do NOT work through the switch panel. I need somebody to confirm/do: Proper relay wiring for manual fan control Correct grounding locations on a 1985 C4 Corvette Wire the switch panel to trigger the relay correctly Make the setup reliable and safe without overheating or electrical issues

Trouble shoot & repair 89 honda shadow vt1100c motorcycle electrical good battery & all fuses appear good but when key turned on, nothing powers. No headlight, No gauges (neutral, high beam kickstand), turn indicators, starter button et al. Had rectifier & stator changed a yr ago still charging battery. Suspect ignition wiring and/or connector creating a ground fault.
