I have 2 brand new tubed tires 10” x 2.125” for my mobility scooter. They are not on the hubs. I need the new pneumatic tires on the hub. Then the hub slid on the axel. I have air and I have tire iron, portable AC so you can use whatever electric tools you have anywhere.
