Looking for someone experienced with cement / mortar repairs to fix several cracks and gaps in the front entrance of my house. The work includes: • Filling the long cracked gap between the tiled steps • Repairing broken mortar along the step edge • Filling the cracked joint where the brick path meets the garden edge • Cleaning loose debris before filling so the repair lasts • Smoothing and finishing so it blends with the existing surface Photos are attached showing the areas that need repair. This is small repair work, not a full rebuild. Please only offer if you have experience with concrete or mortar repairs and can ensure the repair will be durable and weather-resistant. Open to suggestions if a better repair method is recommended (e.g. flexible joint sealant if appropriate). Materials Please bring cement / mortar / suitable repair compound for outdoor use. Happy to reimburse the cost of materials if needed. Location Front entrance of the house – easy access. Timing Flexible – anytime in the next few days. Scope of Works: 1. Shower Remediation (x2 Showers): Mechanically degrout shower bases and lower walls (depth of 5-15mm). Remove all existing silicone, sealant, and residue at all wall junctions and shower screens. Treat, clean, and prime areas to remove any calcification or mould. Regrout bases and lower walls using a high-performance, mould-resistant grout (or epoxy). Apply premium mould-resistant sanitary silicone (e.g., polysiloxane) to all vertical and horizontal junctions. Note: If you are capable of applying a clear, trafficable polyurethane waterproofing membrane over the tiles (like Remedial Membranes), please specify this in your offer. 2. Toilet Works: Assess and repair minor leaks. Remove old, degraded sealant around the base of the toilets. Properly reseat/reseal the toilets to the floor to ensure they are completely watertight and stable. Mandatory Requirements: Must have appropriate tools (H-Class dust extraction preferred during degrouting). Must provide a Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance before stepping on site (Non-negotiable). Please include your NSW Fair Trading license number in your offer. Please quote your total price for labor and standard materials (grout/silicone).

Hi, I am looking for an experienced tradesperson for several tasks at my home in Hoppers Crossing VIC. The job will be awarded to the lowest labor quote. 1. Master Bathroom – Toilet & Floor Tile Replacement: Remove old floor tiles. Apply floor waterproofing. The bathroom is small, approximately 3 square meters. I already have the new floor tiles (600x600mm). Toilet to be ordered: Close-Coupled Toilet Suite, Right Skew Trap (see attached picture). Quote labor only. Materials will be reimbursed based on receipts. 2. Second Bathroom – Toilet Leak Inspection & Repair: This is a different bathroom from the master bedroom. The toilet is currently leaking. Inspect and identify the source of the leak. You may purchase any replacement parts needed, and I will reimburse based on receipts. Quote labor only. 3.
