Hi, looking to get a quote for a small laundry/toilet area. Not needing the job done for another three months, could be less. We will remove the tiles,(some already removed) need leveling and tiling please etc (we have tiles already) including the removal of our old toilet and replacing it with new toilet (we purchased new toilet already) on the opposite wall to it. I am looking for a licensed plumber to check and fix the following: 1. Water is not flowing into the toilet cistern in the powder room. Needs to be checked and fixed. 2. The house is about 1.5 years old and in good condition. Please check all sinks, toilets, showers, and floor drains for any blockages or slow drainage and clear if needed. I have noticed slow drainage in the ground floor bathroom basin. 3. Please check all plumbing connections and confirm there are no leaks. I have noticed a leaking hand shower in the main ensuite bathroom. 4. The sink mixers in the laundry and kitchen are loose and need to be tightened or refixed. 5. One toilet needs a hand shower to be fixed. I will purchase it and keep it ready before you arrive. 6. Please check water pressure at all taps, showers, and toilets and confirm it is adequate. Please let me know if everything looks fine or if any preventive maintenance is recommended.
